Secure access
Passwords are securely hashed and sessions are signed. Account access is verified server-side on every request, so you can only ever see your own company's data.
Data isolation
Every query is scoped to your company. FleetRoutine uses a multi-tenant model where your data is separated from other companies at the database level and enforced in application logic.
Encrypted transport
Traffic to and from FleetRoutine is encrypted in transit. We follow best practice for protecting data in motion and at rest.
Your responsibilities
Protect your account credentials and use a strong, unique password. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Data ownership
Your fleet data belongs to you. You can export it and delete it at any time — there's no lock-in and we don't share it with third parties.
